To upload documents after you have applied online

A clear copy of your ID document should be attached to all e-mailed and faxed enquiries/requests/applications. Failure to attach the id document copy will result in your enquiry to be discarded without any notice.

To upload documents after you have applied online, you need to first save your documents in JPG/JPEG format in a USB or computer that you’ll be using to upload. Then follow the steps below:

1. Logon to the Website www.tut.ac.za

2. Click on ONLINE REGISTRATION or ONLINE RE-ADMISSION under QUICK LINKS

3. Under REGISTERED USERS type your student number and PIN and click LOGIN.

4. Under STUDENT WEB click on FIRST TIME APPLICANTS 5. Click on CERTIFICATES SEEN (5th last option in blue)

5. Click LOAD/VIEW DOCUMENTS

6. Under CHOOSE CATEGORY click VIEW/UPLOAD-CERTIFICATES

7. Click UPLOAD DOCUMENT

8. Click on BROWSE and choose the documents where you saved them

9. Upload one document at a time and once you’re done, click SAVE

10. Click LIST ALL to confirm if all of them were uploaded and always click SAVE before you move to another page or logout. Good luck!
